Roger moved from his hometown in the Limestone Coast to Adelaide. He expanded his knowledge with tertiary education, finishing a double degree in Business Finance and Accounting in 2019. He has always enjoyed learning, understanding and is very curious about the way things work. With an interest in emerging technologies, value markets and financial market psychology, he found his passion in identifying the value of everyday items amongst other markets.

Roger is renowned for his excellent organizational skills and his meticulous attention to detail. He takes pride in keeping everything in perfect order, and maintaining a tidy and clutter-free living space.

In 2018, he begun clearing estates, decluttering and downsizing for another local business. Roger was able to learn the basics by working with a knowledgable team; working with clients, packing and unpacking, following protocols and delivering a high standard of service for the customer.

Roger’s strong desire to pursue his own business goals and growth, led him to establish Escott Estates in 2023. The result is a fresh, experienced, and trustworthy estate care service that prioritizes personalized attention and care for its clients.
